Roasting quality for the bar and the domestic sector
The company Café három of San Giorgio a Cremano, in the province of Naples, has acquired from its opening in 1997, a solid experience in the field of coffee roasting, expressing the best of their potential, towards the production of a high quality coffee service at competitive prices. The family-owned company has been able to count on the expertise since the beginning of Mr. Tarallo Giuseppe, already active in the field for over a decade. Gradually it extended its fame to become a reality very much appreciated in the area of ​​Naples and its province. Roasting Coffee Harom of San Giorgio a Cremano spread over about 450 square meters equipped with the area dedicated to roasting and processing operations, which joins the office area. The production department is divided into several areas reserved for specific stages of processing.
The plant is equipped with a roaster machine, inside of which the raw coffee is inserted. The latter has a gray-green coloration which, once completed the cooking process, will assume the characteristic brown appearance. The raw material thus processed is deposited at the silo area, with a storage time normally between 30 and 40 days. At the end of the same, the product is started the phase of bagging. The jute bags sell preserved into the bunker area, ready to be delivered to customers. The office space is divided in the administrative and commercial department. They work respectively Accountant Mr. Patrizio Di Scala and Mr. Salvatore Tarallo, son Administrator Mr. Giuseppe Tarallo. The production and sorting area employs a total of three other people.
